How long will it take to deliver my purchase?

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Depending on the destination please allow at least 5 to 10 working days for reception of ordered goods.

Orders are generally shipped from our distribution centre, which is located in Melbourne.

What's your policy on warranty and return? generally offers a 12 month warranty to all products, unless stated otherwise. Please refer to the product listing for warranty period.

You are required to notify within 48 hours in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.

To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.

Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process, and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.

A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.

How do I place an order on

Shopping online with is easy! Just follow these simple steps.

Step 1
Browse the product(s) you would like to place an order for On home page. For more information on the product, simply click on the image to open a new window with the details of the product.

Step 2
If you decide to purchase an item, add the product to your cart by clicking the ‘Add to cart’ button at the bottom of the product image and your selected product will be added to your cart which is located above the Search bar.

Step 3
For a quick view of your cart, simply hover over the cart button above the search bar and it will list all the items you have added to your cart. Click on the cart or hover over the cart and click on the ‘View Cart’ button to view the cart in detail.

Note: If you are ready to purchase the items in your cart, simply hover over cart and click the ‘Checkout’ button to proceed straight to checkout.

Step 4
Once you are inside your cart you can:

  • View all the products you have chosen to purchase, their prices, the saving you have made, any special offers available on your chosen product, the shipping cost and the subtotal of the cost.
  • Remove any of the product you have added to your cart by clicking on the x Remove link below the quantity
  • Update the quantity of the product to purchase by clicking the – or + button in the quantity column
  • Apply any coupon code you might have by entering the code in the Coupon code field and click ‘Apply Coupon’ button
  • Proceed to checkout by simply clicking on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button

Step 5
If you have previously registered with us you can login now so that you can track your order. New customers can ‘Checkout as a Guest’ where you will have the options of creating an account during checkout. Creating an account with is quick and easy, and it will allows you to track the progress of your orders; be the first in the know for any new Picadeally deals; make a wishlist of products you love and will make your future transactions smooth and seamless. Remember to make a note of your password, as you will need it to keep track of your order and to shop with us again.

Step 6
Enter your billing and delivery details; choose your delivery method and then select your method of payment, enter the details then click on ‘Next’ to pay.

Step 7
We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we have received your order and another one when your order has been despatched from our warehouse

You’re done! And all you have to do now is wait for your product to arrive at your shipping address. We endeavour to ship out your order as soon as we receive the payment so it will arrive at your address in the quickest possible time (note that the delivery time will depend on the delivery address)

I want to change my contact details, how do I do this?

Step 1
Click the Login link at the top  left hand side of the homepage then login to your account using your valid username and password

Once you are inside My Account Page, click the edit your password and account details link on the page

What forms of payment do you accept on

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Here in you can pay securely with your credit card without exposing your details as you are verified by VeriSign SSL encryption (the highest level of protection commercially available)

Who do you use for delivery?

Orders are generally shipped from our distribution centre, which is located in Melbourne, the next day after full payment is received. is working with three couriers to provide the most efficient delivery service with the most reasonable price and quickest service. The three couriers are Australia Post, Fastway couriers and Allied Express.
